About this course
Quantity surveying is not a new programme but, not many of us know what it actually is. Take for instance the buildings we see around us, or even the house we live in. We never knew the process of how it was made. This is where quantity surveyors play a role. They are engaged to control the finances and the contractual administration of construction projects.

Entry RequirementsApplicants must have one of the following Entry requirements:
| STPM | Passed Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) with full pass or minimum Grade C (2.00) in 3 subjects |
| A-Level | Passed A-level with full pass or minimum Grade C (2.00) in 3 subjects |
| STAM | Minimum grade of jayyid |
| UEC | Passed Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with minimum for five (5) subjects including Mathematic |

Minimum CGPA of 2.67 or |
| Miminum CGPA of 2.50 and 1 year of working experience in a relevant field; or | |
| Minimum CGPA of 2.30 and 2 years of working experience in a relevant field; or | |
| Minimum CGPA of 2.00 and 3 years of working experience in a relevant field | |
| Foundation/Matriculation | Achieve minimum CGPA 2.50Matriculation Certificate or equivalent and recognized by Ministry of Education, Malaysia |
