About this course

The Diploma in Mechanical Engineering programme is designed to prepare student for a professional career in engineering industries and to articulate to Bachelor in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering  fields. This programme is conducted in learner-centric basis, which encourages dual directional interaction between students and lecturers. Moreover, the learning activities are not con ned in a classroom, but involving practical laboratories, industry visits, participation in international competitions and community service activities.

Mechanical engineering is one of the most demanding expertise in current Malaysia manufacturing industries. According to Industry 4WRD published by MITI, mechanical engineering one of the Focus Sectors of Industry 4.0 in Malaysia.
