Data Science is the current cutting edge technology trend that may re-shape and improved the quality of our life and the future. To harvest the knowledge from data which may be obtained from broad range of fields such as life sciences, physical sciences, engineering and technology and social sciences as well as our daily life, students will be equipped with knowledge, skills and experience that will prepare them for their career in data sciences. The School of Data Science aims to be the vanguard for data science. It was set up to concurrently address the three interconnected facets of an academic endeavour-research, education and services-in order to effectively contribute to the advancement of data science in Malaysia and beyond.

We are the first medical school in Malaysia to offer the four-year graduate entry medicine (GEM) program for aspiring doctors. PUGScM, established in 2011 is a Public Private Partnership between the Government of Malaysia and Academic Medical Council Sdn Bhd (AMC) with a vision of setting standards of excellence in medical education, research and clinical care.

PUGScM admitted its first batch of students in September 2011. Ninety students have enrolled with PUGScM and the first batch graduated at the Perdana University Inaugural Convocation on 25^th September 2016.

These students have already embarked on their medical careers in various hospitals around the country and overseas.

The PUGScM curriculum incorporates current clinical trends and evidence based medicine with emphasis on research and innovation. It also covers all requirements of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) and equips students with the skills and strategies to pass this exam. This is in tandem with our mission to provide an international educational model that supports intellectual discovery, nurtures creativity and embodies innovative knowledge.

Occupational Therapy is a relatively new field in Malaysia which makes it a novel and exciting career to consider. This noble profession requires dedicated individuals who are willing to give a helping hand to people from all walks of life.

The Occupational Therapy programme at Perdana University is designed with academic rigour and vigour to produce professionals of the field. Supervision and guidance is provided throughout the entire programme. Students are trained by a team of academicians and practitioners with relevant industry experience.

The learning process involves an apprenticeship where knowledge and skills are passed from senior practitioners to a new generation of occupational therapists.

There is a global demand for professionally trained occupational therapists. As such, the training provided at Perdana University will ensure that you have the necessary skills to meet this demand. The skills acquired are not just field specific, but will also include soft skills needed to function well in a professional and social environment.
